2. Prices
Prices in euros, all taxes included. La Grande Muraille de Pekin reserves the right to change its prices.
3. Ordering & payment
No online payment: pay on site when you collect your order, or on delivery. Methods: bank card and cash; meal vouchers (titres-restaurant) and Chèques-Vacances are also accepted.
4. Delivery / collection
Collection at the restaurant, at the time slot chosen when ordering. Delivery to Aulnay-sous-Bois, Bondy, Drancy, Le Blanc-Mesnil, Les Pavillons-sous-Bois, Livry-Gargan and Sevran: free delivery, minimum order from €20 to €28 depending on the town. The lead time is shown when you order.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal DOES NOT APPLY to perishable foodstuffs or to catering services provided on a specific date.
6. Legal warranties
Conformity (Art. L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
